Delivery Information
We ship all apparel from our Harlow boutique studio with care, precision, and secure packaging.
UK Delivery (Harlow HQ)
Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 Days
All non-personalised apparel is dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. You will receive tracking updates as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day: order before 2pm
Order before 2pm and it is dispatched the same day, seven days a week, for delivery the next day by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Order after 2pm and it goes out the following day. Bank holidays are the one exception, when nothing is dispatched. Choose this delivery option at checkout, alongside standard delivery and click and collect, and the charge is shown before you pay.
Personalised & Custom Items
Please allow additional time for personalised or made to order pieces. Each customised item is crafted with boutique level detail, so production times may vary.
Estimated dispatch: 5 to 10 working days, depending on complexity.
Overseas Delivery
We ship worldwide. International orders begin delivery from 5 days onwards, depending on location and customs processing.
Tracking is included with all overseas shipments.
Delivery costs are shown before you pay
Standard delivery in the UK is £4.95 and next day is £7.95. UK orders over £75 are eligible for free standard delivery. Click and collect from the hub is free. The exact charge for your address is calculated at checkout, before payment. Any overseas duties are set by the destination country.
