Frequently Asked Questions
We will have more to add later. If the answer is not here, ask us at the Hub.
Ordering & Products
We stock a full range of sizes across all apparel. Size availability may vary depending on the collection or limited-edition drops. If a size is unavailable, you can request a restock, ask us and we will add you to the list.
Yes: our garments are designed with a modern, tailored fit. For oversized or relaxed pieces, the product description will specify the intended fit. If you are unsure, ask us for fit guidance.
Yes. Selected pieces can be customised with names, numbers, or bespoke detailing. Personalised items require additional production time. Ask us for the current personalisation options.
No. Each run is about sixty pieces and is not remade in the same colourway once it sells out. That is the point of a drop rather than a limitation, and it is why the site has a notify list on anything that is not on sale yet.
Delivery & Shipping
UK delivery is 2 to 5 working days for standard apparel. Personalised items may require extra time due to custom production. Full detail is on Delivery.
Yes: overseas delivery is available from 5 days onwards, depending on location and customs processing.
Yes. Once your order leaves our Harlow studio you will receive a tracking link by email.
Yes. Click and collect is offered at the Hub in Harlow, chosen in the basket before checkout, and there is nothing to pay for delivery when you collect.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes: non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Start a return by getting in touch, and the full terms are on Returns and exchanges.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If this happens, contact us immediately and we will sort it out.
Yes: exchanges are available for size or colour changes on non-personalised items, subject to stock when your return reaches us.
You have fourteen days from delivery to start a return. Anything faulty, damaged, wrongly sent or not as described is returned at the shop’s cost; a change of mind or a wrong size is returned at yours. Personalised pieces are made to order and are outside the standard policy.

Cockerel Culture is an independent apparel brand and shop for Tottenham supporters. It makes heavyweight apparel, headwear and accessories in limited runs of about sixty of each, prints them on its own press, and runs a venue called the Hub in Harlow with a media room, two podcast suites and live music nights.
Care & Materials
Most items should be washed at 30°C, inside-out, and air-dried to preserve colour and detailing. Specific care instructions are included on each garment.
We use premium cotton blends, performance fabrics, and high-quality embroidery threads across our collections. Details are listed on each product page.
The Hub
The Hub is Cockerel Culture’s building in Harlow. It holds the shop floor, Print Lab Live where the press runs in front of customers, the Culture Hub media room, and two Podcast Suites, and all four rooms can be hired.
Yes. All four spaces are available to hire: the Culture Hub media room, the two Podcast Suites, Print Lab Live and the boutique floor. Rates and capacities are still being confirmed, so hire is by enquiry through the form on the Hub page rather than by instant booking.
Membership
Membership has not opened for sign-up yet. What it costs and what it includes are both stated on the membership page, and registering interest there costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Everything membership includes is listed on this page, and the price is at the top of it. You can join from this page: the button takes you through a short form and then to Stripe, who take the payment.
Yes. Membership runs month to month with no minimum term, and you cancel it yourself from the link in any membership email, without asking us. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the month you are in: your membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops.
Nothing. An order you have already placed stands whatever happens to your membership afterwards. Cancelling stops the next membership payment and does not touch anything you have already bought.
There is no login on this site. Your membership is held against the email address you join with, and it is linked to the same customer record as orders placed on that address, so it is one record of you rather than two. You reach your membership through the link in every membership email. An order placed with a different email address is separate and is not connected to your membership.
